Kim Huckerby was amazing! She was so engaging and made the content so easy to understand, even when dealing with such complex and difficult issues. I feel like I have real and practical skills when dealing people with mental health first aid needs. Kim was sensitive not just to the course materials but understood how each individual might react to the information she was giving. This meant a tailored, empathetic approach, putting our feelings first, before delivering a tailored training program. I think this course should be taught everywhere and for all walks of life, as we are all touched by these mental health issues at some point in our lives.
