Kim was incredible, she welcomed questions, taught everything very thoroughly. She also asked what particular areas we wanted more clarification on at the beginning which helped to inform her on where to spend more time. She also related some sections to personal experiences she had had. I can’t think of anything to improve she truly was so insightful and just amazing at delivering the training.
