This innovative and exciting framework will support your weight loss journey and will steer you towards a healthier version of your long term. Developing a healthy mindset using habit-change interventions will change your life! This program is not about strenuous exercise, restrictive diets or pills, but is rather a holistic way of growing, changing, and adapting to habits that will encourage weight loss and wellness in your life.

About me, your “Wellbeing Champion and Sum Sanos™ Coach”:

In my final year of university, I had a serendipitous moment. I was invited to undertake my final Social Work placement at the Eating Disorders Foundation of NSW. It was here that my passion for education and training catapulted, but it was also the moment that I learnt about and understood the complexities of food, body image, and wellness in our culture. Ironically, I have found myself back in this space where my career began all those years ago.

Health and wellbeing has always been a passion of mine and I am excited to be working in this industry that has so much to offer and has the potential to change lives. That is what this next chapter in my life is all about and I look forward to being on your journey with you.
